AstSer designs and supports integrated technology solutions. We apply the same practical discipline to personal information: collect what is relevant, use it for a defined purpose and protect it with reasonable safeguards.

01

Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to AstSer websites, contact forms, business communications and services that refer to it. “AstSer,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to AstSer as the organization responsible for the applicable processing.

A customer contract, statement of work or product-specific notice may contain additional privacy terms. When those terms conflict with this policy, the specific agreement controls for that service.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you provide and limited technical information generated when you interact with our website or communications.

  • Identity and contact details, such as name, business email, telephone number, company, role and address.
  • Inquiry and project information, including service needs, location, timing, technical requirements, messages and files you choose to provide.
  • Business records, proposals, support history and correspondence with AstSer.
  • Website and device information, such as browser, user agent, approximate location derived from IP, access times, referring pages and cookie identifiers.
  • Communication preferences and consent evidence, including channel selections, timestamp, source, language, form-text version, hashed IP and opt-out history.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, protected health information or other highly sensitive data through a general contact form.

03

How and why we use information

We use personal information when needed to respond to you, operate our business, deliver requested services, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Depending on location, the basis may be consent, a contract, legal obligations or legitimate business interests.

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule discussions and prepare proposals or site surveys.
  • Provide, support, secure and improve our services, platforms and infrastructure.
  • Administer accounts, billing, procurement and customer or supplier relationships.
  • Send service notices and communications you requested or separately authorized.
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, investigate incidents and comply with law or enforce agreements.
  • Measure website performance and improve the relevance and accessibility of our content.

04

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to hosting, email, communications, analytics, professional-services and infrastructure providers that support AstSer, subject to appropriate contractual or confidentiality duties.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at your direction. External scheduling or embedded services may process information under their own notices.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional use.

05

SMS messages and calls

Providing a telephone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring marketing messages. Where we offer SMS or call permissions, the controls are optional, separate from general privacy consent and unchecked by default.

Message frequency varies and message or data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to an AstSer SMS to opt out and HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to change call preferences. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • We may answer an inbound request or provide operational messages connected to a transaction or service.
  • Marketing or automated communications are sent only when the authorization required for that channel and purpose has been obtained.
  • An opt-out is applied to the relevant channel as promptly as reasonably possible, subject to legally required or essential non-promotional notices.

06

Cookies and third-party services

Our website may use necessary cookies for security and operation and limited analytics technologies to understand aggregate usage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some features may not work as intended.

Links to third-party websites—including scheduling, mapping and our affiliated brands—are governed by those organizations’ own terms and privacy notices. Review them before submitting information.

07

Retention, security and international processing

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and support needs, consent evidence, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. Retention varies by record and jurisdiction, after which information is deleted, anonymized or securely archived.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

AstSer operates and works with providers in more than one country, including the United States and Brazil. Information may therefore be processed outside your location under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

08

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection, or to withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

  • Use browser controls for cookies and device permissions.
  • Use STOP for SMS, an unsubscribe method where provided, or contact us for channel preferences.
  • Send a privacy request through our contact page and describe the information or account involved.
  • You may appeal or complain to an applicable regulator where local law provides that right.

09

Children and policy changes

AstSer’s business services and website are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.

We may update this policy as services, practices or laws change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel.
