At the Santa Catarina Court of Justice, telephony is more than a desk extension. It supports public service, on-call judicial work, hearings and communication among facilities. Video conferencing and remote hearings extend that same environment. AstSer currently supports this ecosystem, one of the clearest examples of our experience with critical communications.

The scope covers corrective, preventive, evolutionary and adaptive maintenance. That means resolving outages while also managing data synchronization, capacity, patches, backups, authentication and planned change. The stack includes Linux, Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, BigBlueButton, PostgreSQL and MySQL. DRBD and Heartbeat support continuity; Zabbix and Asternic provide visibility; Fail2Ban and iptables add protection. PHP, Java, LDAP, A2Billing, billing, rating and the Intimafone application complete an ecosystem spanning voice, video and custom services.
